The Continuous 380V Nitrogen Shielded Aluminum Brazing Line is an integrated production system designed for high-volume brazing of aluminum heat exchangers, including automotive radiators, condensers, intercoolers, evaporators, and other aluminum heat transfer products.
Using a controlled nitrogen protective atmosphere and electric resistance heating, the line helps minimize oxidation during brazing and supports consistent, reliable joints. The adjustable mesh belt speed of 200–1000 mm/min and rated working temperature of up to 650°C allow the process to be adapted to different product sizes and production requirements.
The complete system integrates flux spraying, drying, brazing, cooling, and electrical control into a continuous production flow. Optional degreasing and water cleaning sections are also available for customers requiring additional pre-treatment.
With a standard 10-meter furnace muffle, approximately 700 kW adjustable installed power, CE certification, and overseas engineering support, SUNHOPE can configure the brazing line according to your products, production capacity, and factory layout.
The line connects flux spraying, drying, brazing, and cooling into one continuous process, helping reduce manual handling and improve production efficiency.
The controlled nitrogen atmosphere helps reduce oxidation during aluminum brazing, supporting stable joint quality for leak-sensitive heat exchanger applications.
The furnace operates at a rated temperature of up to 650°C, while the mesh belt speed can be adjusted from 200–1000 mm/min to meet different production requirements.
Suitable for manufacturing:
The line dimensions and configuration can be customized based on product dimensions, production capacity, workshop layout, and manufacturing requirements.
SUNHOPE provides installation guidance, operator training, technical support, and overseas engineering service to support customers throughout equipment installation and production.
