The 250mm Aluminum Brazing Furnace is a continuous tunnel-type furnace designed for efficient aluminum brazing of radiator cores, condenser cores, heat exchangers, and other aluminum components.
The furnace uses radiant tube heating to provide stable temperature control with an accuracy of ±3°C. Its four-section design integrates heating, spray drying, brazing, and air cooling into a continuous production process, reducing manual handling and supporting consistent brazing quality.
With a maximum workpiece height of 250 mm, an operating temperature of 650–700°C, and an adjustable mesh belt speed of 200–1500 mm/min, the furnace can be configured for different workpiece sizes and production requirements.
A PLC control system, stainless steel construction, and nitrogen-protected brazing atmosphere make it suitable for continuous industrial production.
Radiant tube heating and PLC control maintain a stable temperature with ±3°C accuracy, helping achieve consistent brazing results.
