Product Description:

Our Aluminum Brazing Furnace is a continuous tunnel type natural gas brazing oven that is designed to provide efficient heating for brazing aluminium. It employs radiantor tube heating with temperature of 600-650℃ and the power supply is AC380V. The material of the mesh belt is made of 316L stainless steel braided and the mesh belt transmission speed can be continuously adjusted from 200-1500mm/min. In addition, the nitrogen consumption is about 35-45m3/h. It is a three phase, 50HZ four sections aluminum brazing furnace with 650-700 degree and spray drying and air cooling area.

Sunhope Four Sections Aluminum Brazing Furnace is the perfect choice for industrial applications, manufactured in Guangdong, China. It is designed to reach a maximum heating temperature of 650-700 degrees Celsius with a nitrogen consumption of 35-45 m3/h. The two main sections, the brazing section and the drying/cooling section, are equipped with plug-in heating elements and spray drying/air cooling areas for optimal performance. The furnace is also equipped with a 316L stainless steel braided mesh belt and a radiantor tube heating system. It has a three-phase 50HZ power system and a nitrogen purity of above 99.9995%.
