Product Description:
The Radiator Fin Forming Machine is a high-speed production equipment designed for efficiently creating aluminum fins for radiators. With a processing speed of up to 25-120 M/min, this machine is ideal for mass production of fins for various applications.
BCX finned forming machine mainly includes host seat, spindle, upper table, lower table, the two ends of the spindle is fixed in the host seat, the host seat above the guide post and spring connected with the lower table, the upper table.
The wave pitch adjustment is changed from stepless adjustment to stepless adjustment, and greatly widened up and down adjustment range (2-20mm).

- Automatic lubrication system and oil circuit separation collection.The lubrication system ofthe main engine automatically circulates lubrication to reduce the lubrication failure ofthe equipment.
- Automatic recycling of mechanical oil in the main shaft box.The volatile oil in the oil tank will be collected separately and will not flow into the main shaft box ofthe special aircraft.Improve the mechanical accuracy and life.
- In order to meet the needs of different wave distances in sprints, the feeding device ofthe lower plate has been improved.
- Wave pitch, can be stepless adjustment of the middle swing rod stroke, fin molding more convenient and reliable.
- Reasonable structure design can be adapted to various processing molds, to process fin of different shapes and specifications.
