Project Background

Client Needs
The client required a complete aluminum radiator production line covering fin forming, tube cutting, core assembly, and brazing. Beyond equipment supply, they needed expert support for installation, commissioning, and operator training to ensure a fast and smooth transition to full production.
Solution & Implementation
We supplied a customized full aluminum production line, including a Fin Machine, Tube Cutting Machine, Core Assembly Machine, and Aluminum Brazing Furnace.
Our technical team then traveled to the client’s facility in Sri Lanka to execute the following:
Installation & Commissioning: Carried out mechanical assembly, electrical connection, and precision calibration of each machine.
Line Integration: Connected and synchronized all four machines to ensure seamless workflow and material handling.
Hands-on Training: Conducted comprehensive operational training covering machine use, daily maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
